Golf Committee

The Golf Committee's function is to promote golf activities; arrange the establishment of golf handicaps with the assistance of the golf professional; recommend the annual golf calendar for adoption by the Board of Directors; maintain an up-to-date set of rules for the conduct and guidance of all members using the golf facilities of the Club; and work in close harmony with the green committee.

House Committee

The House Committee's function is to prescribe house rules and regulations, subject to the approval and ratification of the Board of Directors, and to supervise all matters pertaining to the service and comfort of the members within the clubhouse.  In addition, the House Committee shall work to provide for the entertainment for the Club's members and their guests.

Green Committee

The Green committee's purpose is to advise and help coordinate with the Superintendent, and Director of Golf to ensure the proper maintenance and development of the golf course and adjacent grounds according the the quality and competitive levels the members desire.  This committee reviews the operation of all the property and makes appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning policy, budget and major expenditures.  Furthermore, the Committee advises on the development, maintenance, capital equipment and capital project plans for the golf course, parking lots and grounds.

Finance Committee

This committee reviews the income, expenditures, and insurance requirements of the Club and makes appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning these matters.  Additionally, this committee shall coordinate the preparation of the annual operating and capital expenditures, budgets, and shall review, evaluate and make recommendations on the current monthly financial statements.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee shall receive all applications for membership in the Club, require compliance with the rules of the Club, with reference to such applications, and report to the Board of Directors its recommendations as to the admission of applicants for membership.  Furthermore, the membership committee shall promote new members in the appropriate categories and work to retain and promote the current membership.

Tennis Committee

The tennis committee shall prescribe rules and regulations governing the use by the members and their guests of the tennis courts and tennis properties.  In addition, the Tennis Committee shall promote interest in the play of tennis and shall plan, supervise, and direct tennis tournaments for members and guests and all related tennis activities.  The tennis committee may make recommendations from time to time regarding the maintenance and operation of the tennis facility.

Swim Committee

The swimming pool committee shall prescribe rules and regulations governing the use of the swimming pool and its equipment by the members and their guests.  From time to time, the swimming pool committee may make recommendations regarding the maintenance and operation of the swimming pool.  This committee shall promote interest and usage of the swim facilities and shall help plan, supervise, and direct programs for both competitive and recreational swimming.

Long Range Planning Committee

It shall be the function of this committee to continually monitor and plan for the long range well being of the club and perform other tasks and activities as may be assigned it by the Board of Directors
