Bob Kinder, Superintendent
Bob Kinder has dedicated over 25 years of service to Rolling Hills Country Club. Bob keeps current in the field of golf course maintenance through his association with the Golf Course Superintendents Association. Bob has served on the Board of Directors of GCSA for a number of years including a term as president. Through the efforts of the Greens Committee, headed by the Greens Chairman on the Board of Directors, Bob and his crew maintain the golf course at the championship condition that members have come to expect from Rolling Hills. Bob continues to further his knowledge in his field through continuing education offered through his professional association.
Jeff Seltz, Director of Golf
Jeff Seltz originally joined the team of RHCC in 1987 and has served the membership as a golf professional since. Jeff keeps abreast of the trends and is active in the golf community. Jeff served as the Education/Employment Chairman on the Colorado Section PGA Board of Directors, and he also is a member of the President's Society for Achievement in Continuing Education. Jeff is a recipient of the Horton Smith Award (2001, 2002), Bill Strausbaugh Award (2002) and FCA Golf Professional of the Year (2007). In addidition, Jeff has been recognized for Contributions to PGA Educational Programs and Distinguished Service to Fellow PGA Members for Employment and Club Relations. Most recently Jeff was recognized for the RHCC Junior Golf Program when he received the Colorado Section PGA Junior Golf Leader Award. When Jeff is not thinking of the game of golf, he has other sports on his mind as he is an avid runner, completing several marathons across the country. He has an extensive sports related autograph collection and is involved with the Special Olympics. Jeff also is the Head Coach for the Girls Golf Team at D'evelyn High School and was named Jefferson County Coach of the Year in 2005. "I am excited to have the opportunity to continue the tradition of outstanding golf at RHCC and to elevate the golf program to exceed the members' expectations."

Adam Weir, Facilities Manager
Adam Weir has dedicated over 17 years of service to Rolling Hills Country Club. Adam brings an extensive background in maintenance engineering having over 25 years in the field. Adam's education includes Universal Certification in the Recovery, Reclamation and Recycling of Refrigerants as well as a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Diploma. During his education Adam received the Outstanding Student Award, the PEER Award and a Colorado State Scholarship for academic achievement. Adam has been an active member of Refrigeration Service Engineers Society for over 15 years and recently earned his Stationary Engineering Certification.. Adam continues to expand his skills, knowledge and background in his field through continuing education. In addition to his success in maintenance engineering, the Denver Fire Department recognized Adam for his life-saving skills.
Gina Polniak, Chief Financial Officer
As a Certified Public Accountant Gina brings over 12 years of experience in the accounting and finance fields to Rolling Hills. Gina joined Rolling Hills Country Club’s management team in 2002. Her experience includes, working in a Public Accounting Firm in the tax and consulting department, Controller for a leasing company which was taken public, and served as a consultant with Fidelity National Financial in Santa Barbara, CA.
Gina received her Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting in 1990 and is a member of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, American Institute of CPA’s, the Colorado Society of CPA and Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals.
Serving as the Chief Financial Officer for a private country club has proven to be an exciting change of pace. “I truly have enjoyed getting to know and work with the membership,” said Gina of her experience at Rolling Hills.
Kate Kippenberger, Membership & Marketing Director
Kate Kippenberger joined the leadership team in 2004 bringing over 10 years of golf industry experience. Having worked with private country clubs all over the nation including Nashville, TN, Bethany Beach, DE, Ocean City, MD and Virginia Beach, VA, Kate offers a unique perspective on membership marketing. A native of Syracuse, NY, Kate moved to the Denver Metro area in 2001 and continued to work as an independent consultant for several golf courses in areas of marketing, membership sales, and operation efficiency. Kate also has an extensive background in the food & beverage industry, of which, she credits as the foundation of her career. As a member of the Professional Club Marketing Association, Kate continues to explore the latest trends in membership marketing, member relations and new programs and events to enhance each member's country club experience. |
